Feast is a ceremonial container for women who are no longer willing to starve themselves.

Starve their bodies.
Starve their instincts.
Starve their wanting and their knowing.

For eight weeks we work together in preparation and integration — culminating in a ceremonial immersion on the wild coast of the Gaspé Peninsula.

Through food, movement, eros, shadow work, nature, and deep embodiment practice, you will meet your hunger and stay present with it long enough for it to reorganize you from the inside.

Feast is a pilgrimage into your relationship with nourishment.

Feast is the sensory imprint that marks a turning point in your life.

I see You.

You are a woman who feels deeply.

You care about living a meaningful life.

You’ve been learning how to shed what is not in service to you.

And still, you ration your appetite.

Moderate your desires.
Keep your instincts contained.
Soften the edges of your power so you remain acceptable.

If I have this I can’t have that. Sound familiar?

Maybe you’ve spent years developing yourself with therapy, spiritual work, deconditioning…

But there is still a place inside that feels underfed.

You consume more than you create.

There is a place in you that knows you were meant to live with more vitality than this.

More truth.

More appetite.

You have always been a Big Woman. But you have been hiding.

You admire the wildness of nature.

But when that same wildness moves in your body…? Your erotic current, your wanting, your aliveness…something in you tightens.

And you begin to negotiate with yourself again.

Feast is where you go into that negotiation and unwind it at the root.

Imagine This

Imagine being in your body and feeling steady in your appetite for life. Your Desire is no longer pathologized as anxiety. You are committed to being intimate and truthful with yourself so denial of your desires is in the past.

Not over explaining. Apologizing. Masking in metaphor.

Not choosing between this and that.

Not questioning every instinct.

Imagine gathering with women who are also done pretending they don’t want more.

Women willing to feel deeply.
To laugh loudly.
To cry honestly.
To witness eachother.
To eat, move, breathe, and speak from the truth of their bodies.

Imagine letting the land hold you while you remember what it feels like to be a living creature again. Fully alive with dirt under your nails and the sunset spilling all over your skin.

You cancel performing.

You turn your back on improving and fixing.

You fully turn on towards being alive.

This Is For You If This Is What You Want

Feast is for women who feel a real call toward aliveness. More. Depth.

Women who:

• Know they are meant for a deeper relationship with life
• Feel drawn to nature, embodiment, and ceremony as real transformation
• Are willing to meet their hunger honestly and be initiated by the elements
• Want to stop rationing their vitality and start feeding it
• Are ready to take responsibility for their nourishment

You do not need to know exactly what will change.

But you do need to feel the pull.

This Is NOT For You If

Feast is not a passive retreat.

It is not about being fixed or entertained.

It is not about watching transformation and theorizing.

This experience may not be for you if:

• You are looking for a purely relaxing getaway
• You want someone to tell you what your truth should be
• You want to stay in your head rather than entering your body
• You are not ready to meet your desires honestly

Feast asks for presence, participation and emotional maturity.

The Focus:

Eros

1

A powerful woman is one who can return to her body and inhabit herself. Your body houses the current of eros – a primal desirous energy that compels you to experience deep aliveness. Those desires you have to create, to experience, to feel...they are not dangerous. They are here to shape you as a woman. The more you embody yourself here the more you will lose some approval. As much as culture says it is all for women's empowerment - it actually is terrified. Still, is it worth it? Is it worth it in this 1 life of yours to feel like you are living it not for approval but for the raw integrity of your soul? We all contain power. But to be empowered is to be awake within it

Nourishment

2

Your receptivity to co-creating with life is what nourishes you. And nothing will ever fill the hole except the real thing. Your relationship to nourishment is on the table at Feast. Being scarce with your needs and desires is no longer negotiable. Being avoidant will be met. Shadows from where you withhold your hunger will be gazed into - and fed.

Our responsibility is to our nourishment.

The path of maturity is recognizing that no one will read your mind, you cannot go back in time, and it is truly on you and within you to create the conditions that tend to your vitality. Maturing in your devotion to this is what we celebrate at Feast.

Ps we are going to FEAST literally, too.

Motherlines

3

Bringing prayer to clarify ancestral bonds that tie us to scarcity, shame, fear and body rejection. Through Tonglen practice for your Motherline, an ancient Buddhist breath and compassion technique, and Shadow Work, you free up the energetic attachments to ancestral malnourishment. The Motherwound is core to all humanity. It is our fracture from nourishment, receptivity, feeling, and the body / earth. It is mirrored through our mothers and the collective nervous system of women who walked with us. Stepping towards the motherwound gate and moving through it is how we restore the feminine pole in our world.

Pussy

4

Nourishment for your physicality and your sexual energy. Embodiment practice supports you to touch in with your pussy and root, and anchorin your lower centers from which you walk and speak from.

Feast will feed you at the soul, physical and shadow terrains.

Feast Guide: Maxine Iharosy

Maxine Iharosy has spent over 15 years guiding others into deeper relationship with their bodies, instincts, and soul vitality.

Nature connection has always been at the center of her work.

Her approach blends somatic awareness, shadow integration, erotic life force, and deep listening to the wisdom of the body.

She is known for guiding women into the places where spirit and matter meet. This is where truth becomes felt rather than hypothetical.

Maxine brings humour, directness, and warmth to this work.

Her central question and the one that continues to shape her path is simple:

Why do women admire the wildness of nature, yet reject that same wildness within themselves?

Feast is one answer to that question. It is an initiation into your Feminine Power.

It is an invitation to stop starving your life and begin feeding it.

  • Animal Body Wisdom

Animal Body Wisdom: Reverence for your instinctual nature means we understand the survival power that lives within our self-protective and defensive reactions. In Turn On you receive Somatic education and guidance to attune your body. You learn to feel and regulate your nervous system in tune with your capacity so you can ride the waves of emotion and sensation. We work with two powerful methods for nervous system regulation in Turn On: physical self-intimacy and honesty.

  • Unrestricted Vitality

    Unrestricted Vitality

The freedom to let life move through you, to sway your hips, growl from your gut, twinkle your eyes, shed your tears, moan out your exhales, shake with laughter. If life-force is a river, unrestricted vitality is about removing the dams, or adjusting the banks, so the river can really flow. It is embodied permission.

  • Heart Opening Compassion:

You need heart and you need to get soft with yourself. Turn On steeps you in a field of compassion. Compassion means turning towards with the intention to alleviate the suffering. To do this we explore why there is suffering. Often there are unconscious beliefs and fears keeping us spell-bound in what we say we don’t want, but continue to choose. We need compassion to let ourselves fly - to let ourselves thrive.
